I had a very poor and stressful experience working with this brokerage as a buyer. Broker Sharad Gupta and Agent Kioshi Nandrajog. 1. Buyer Representation & Compensation terms were not clearly explained upfront - The BRBC was included without a clear walkthrough or explanation of its implications. It is a required document under California law, and agent should explain it in detail. 2. Communication dropped significantly after going under contract - Calls and emails were often not returned, even when time-sensitive. When I raised concerns about missed calls, I was told that tracking or returning calls was not the agent’s responsibility, which I found unprofessional. 3. Escalation to the broker did not help - The broker stopped responding to calls and emails during escrow and did not provide backup support. 4. Consistent delays in responses - I frequently had to follow up multiple times to get basic answers. 5. Authoritative and dismissive tone - The overall communication style felt authoritative rather than client-focused, making it uncomfortable to ask reasonable questions. 6. I did not feel treated as a client whose interests were being represented, especially during critical stages of escrow. It was far more stressful than necessary due to poor communication and lack of buyer advocacy during escrow. I recommend future buyers to stay away from this broker and agent.
